Payments processed via Razorpay are subject to encryption, bank authorization, and applicable GST invoicing.

The Company operates as a 100% statutory compliant legal entity adhering to all Indian labour laws, the Companies Act, Provident Fund (PF) regulations, ESIC standards, GST guidelines, and municipal corporate compliances. We maintain an unblemished zero labour litigation record.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All source code, designs, graphics, branding, trademarks, text, animations, and documentation published on rclwebtech.in are the exclusive property of Rcl Webtech Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under Indian and international copyright laws.
